At TUDORLUXUNIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy for most products. Please review the guidelines below for returning items and requesting a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused, unopened, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- We do not accept returns on personalized, used, or sale items.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. How to Request a Return
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tudorluxunie.com or call (740) 625-6901 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If the product is defective or an error was made in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If your return is rejected due to missing packaging or other issues, we may offer a partial refund or ask you to resolve the issue.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@tudorluxunie.com or (740) 625-6901. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Please retain all packaging and damaged items for inspection if required.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom items
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Opened or used items
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please:
